New

New feature alert! 🤩 You can now mark which of your activities were separate workouts and which were part of a workout. This enables you to accurately track running frequency.
How to use the accurate run frequency:
By default all synced or added activities are marked as separate workouts
Go to Activities list, open the activity that was part of a workout
Choose “Activity part of workout”
Check the running frequency on Dashboard to see that the no. of runs is lower
Why we built accurate run frequency 🚀
We’ve noticed two types of runners:
those who record their entire training session as a single workout
those who log each part of their workout separately - warm-up, intervals/ tempo splits/ cool-down - to better track intensity, heart rate, or effort
The problem with the first case is that you only see an overall average, making it harder to track splits. In the second case your run count becomes inflated, misrepresenting your actual training frequency.
Sound familiar? We built accurate run frequency feature to solve the situation for the 2nd group of runners.
