KULG App roadmap

Ask AI coach is a chatbot that runner can ask questions from. AI coach takes into account all information available in KULG - training and recovery data as well as notes and subjective perceptions, etc. This feature will also enable the user to connect their own Gemini or Chat GPT API key and will be available with different limitsboth on the free and paid plans.

We are adding graphs for cycling, swimming, walking, skiiing and all other types of activities. This will enable runners who cross-train or are injured to track their activity progress just as they do in running. As per request of our users, we are also adding more activity types to KULG.

There is no direct integrarion with Suunto meaning if linked through Strava some of the important statistics do not get transfered as they do not have them in Strava also.For example for Suunto users it will tell your Normalized Graded Pace (NGP) together with NP (Normalized power)Other stats may involve PTE, Stride length during workouts etc.

You can see your workout splits (distance, duration, avg HR) in KULG and define certain splits as activity types within a specific activity. This is useful if you prefer recording your workout as one long workout with warm-up and intervals all included into one workout.

We are building a possibility to build highly personalised training plans, powered by KULG training intelligence. Coming soon!

KULG AI-powered training plans

With this update, coaches will be able to create an additional runner account, and runners an additional coach account. When logging in, customers with different accounts will have the possibility to view KULG as a runner or as a coach. We will also create an admin role, which will give coaches a possibility to assign other coaches as admins to send out training plans to runners who have not given them direct access to their data. Admin account will only be able to share plans but will not have access to runners’ data.

Currently, the HR zones graph on Dashboard is built by average heart rate. Bringing split data into KULG will allow us to update the HR zone graph based on split HR.
