We will automatically mark the running activities saved within a short time frame of each other as “part of a workout” to ensure that your number of runs is accurate. You can always change it by editing a specific activity. If you have recorded 3 different running activities (e.g. warm-up, tempo, cool-down), then by marking 2 of the 3 activities as “part of a workout”, we will consider it as 1 run on the graphs. You can get more insights from an advanced activity overview section on Dashboard that shows the total run distance and duration, total high intensity proportion of your runs and the summary of all your activities. You can also see the distance and time of different types of runs and filter the graphs.

You can collaborate with your coach on your training plan. Both you or your coach will be able to add planned activities or notes to your calendar and schedule those activities around.

We are making KULG App fully responsive and mobile-friendly, so that you can see and manage your activities comfortably on the go. This will include mobile views of Dashboard, Activities, Settings and Activity modals.

You can add tags to your activities and filter activities by tags on the Dashboard, Activities, and Plans. For example, you can tag a race with “marathon” and then quickly filter out all your marathons and compare them to see a more detailed view of your progress.

You can see your running graphs by daily, quarterly and annually in addition to weekly and monthly, offering possibilities to dig deeper on the micro-, meso- and macrocycles of your training.

You can give your coach or running buddy access to view your Dashboard and Activities, so that they could see your progress. You can share your weekly training summary with your coach without extra effort.

You can export your training history from your watch app or other training data provider’s page and send us the file. We’ll map your activities to KULG, import the data to your account and get back to you when it’s ready.

You can define heart rate (HR) zones in Settings to track the average heart rate of your runs. You can either use an automatic HR zone calculation based on max HR or edit the zones manually. In the Activities list you can see HR zones by colour to quickly understand which zone the average heart rate of your activity belongs to.

You can pick a custom or predefined time frame to filter your graphs and activities.

You can see elevation gain (m) on the “Pace” graph, average power (W) on the “HR vs speed” graph, average resting heart rate (bpm) on “Sleep” graph and average HRV (ms) on a new graph called “Recovery”.

We're improving the navigation in Plans and Activities, so that when you're editing a past activity, you'll stay on that specific date instead of being taken back to today.

We are going to improve adding HRV, resting HR, and sleep score from Garmin directly to KULG. We will also map the runs defined as Trail runs or Races in Garmin respectively in KULG.
