Automatic session type detection ☑️
We will automatically mark the running activities saved within a short time frame of each other as “part of a workout” to ensure that your number of runs is accurate. You can always change it by editing a specific activity. If you have recorded 3 different running activities (e.g. warm-up, tempo, cool-down), then by marking 2 of the 3 activities as “part of a workout”, we will consider it as 1 run on the graphs. This impacts the number of runs and the average length of your run. Read more about tracking running frequency in KULG.
