Release 0.9.2-0.9.3

We are now syncing recovery data from Garmin to KULG 🧘:

  • Your recovery data - Resting HR, HRV, Sleep score - goes straight from Garmin to KULG now πŸ₯³ - as long as you sleep with your watch πŸ’€, we’ll add that data directly to your activities.

⌚ Since recovery data is health data and not directly linked to your synced activity, it may not appear under your workout details immediately after you upload your run.

  • Here’s how we’re interpreting your Garmin sleep score to the KULG 5-point scale:

    • Excellent: 90–100 β†’ 5 - Very good

    • Good: 80–89 β†’ 4 - Good

    • Fair: 60–79 β†’ 3 - Average

    • Poor: Below 60 β†’ 2 - Poor

Reducing manual work for adding recovery data πŸ› οΈ:

  • For users who use devices other than Garmin to track their recovery data, when adding Resting HR, HRV, Sleep score, or Feeling manually to any activity, these values are now automatically applied to all other activities on the same day.

    • Updates to Resting HR, HRV, Sleep score, or Feeling in one activity will update that data point for all other activities on the same day as well (after refreshing). This ensures you only need to log these date-specific values once per day.

    • Note: This logic applies only to activities created or synced after the release date.

See your weekly progression in Planning πŸ“ˆ:

  • We’re preparing to launch weekly and monthly goal setting very soon! As part of this update, you’ll now find a new progression graph in the Planning view.

    • This graph lets you compare your planned vs. completed running distance, duration, and high-intensity sessions week by week or monthly. It’s a powerful way to track how closely your training matches your plan - and your coach will be able to follow along too.

Fixes 🐞:

  • Resolved an issue with Garmin average power display - we now calculate the Average power value the same way as Garmin does.

  • Garmin Trail Run activity is now mapped in KULG as Trail run and Garmin Track Running is mapped in KULG as Interval run.
