Staying on track with your training just got easier! You can now set, edit, and track your weekly and monthly goals and totals directly under Planning. You can set goals by distance, duration, or intensity.


Hereβs what you can do:
Plan your distance, duration, or intensity progression in KULG week by week or month by month, and we will automatically track your weekly or monthly goal completion. You can see weekly and monthly totals until 3 months back in time.
Manage goals opens a new goal-setting view. By default, the Weekly goal tab opens, but you can also set a goal under the Monthly tab or directly from the monthly pie chart. You can choose which goals you want to track - if nothing is added, we will just show weekly completion.
Navigate between weeks or months with arrows. You can edit goals from the same modal anytime, or use Clear goal to remove them instantly. Save the goals before selecting a new time frame.
At KULG, we believe in process-oriented goals. Setting clear weekly and monthly targets helps you manage training load, stay on track toward your big race day, and avoid big spikes in volume or intensity that often lead to injuries or other setbacks π
We improved the logic for detecting tempo, interval runs, and races.
Improved messaging when no activities are found for a selected time frame or filter.
