HR zones are here! π©΅πππ§‘β€οΈ KULGβs philosophy is largely based on the simple HR metric, which is easily accessible and still a highly valuable and objective estimate of your aerobic fitness, overall running progress, and recovery. Hereβs what you can see and do in KULG concerning the HR zones now:
Settings Β» HR zones
See your 5 HR zones, automatically calculated by the maximum HR from the past year
Update your maximum HR and recalculate the HR zones based on that
Manually edit your HR zones if you need more customization - NB! make sure to not overlap the same HR for both zones (e.g. when zone 1 is 100-121 bpm, then zone 2 starts from 122 bpm)

Activities
See your average HR number and HR zone for each activity in Activities list
Easily compare the average HR of your runs when filtering by activity type
