We're getting closer to the core of what KULG is meant to be: a smarter, clearer way to understand how your training is really going. Not just the last run or two, but the long game.

Gain personal insights into the progress you've made over weeks and months of training, not just on your most recent runs. Your training volume, intensity distribution, and patterns over time, comparing them with proven training principles. Based on this, KULG gives you clear insights and actionable tips to help you improve and stay on track. These insights serve as gentle reminders to help you stay focused on the bigger picture of your training.

KULG insights are included in all pricing plans and are grouped into four colour-coded categories for quick understanding:

🟠 Orange – what needs attention
πŸ’— Pink – support and encouragement
πŸ”΅ Blue – opportunities to grow

Each insight includes a practical tip, helping you zoom out, spot trends, and make smarter training decisions over time.

KULG insights will show up on your dashboard on desktop and mobile once detected - you can swipe/ navigate with arrows to see your past insights.

This is just the beginning. We’ll keep adding new insights, so the picture gets sharper, more personalized, and more useful over time.
