Detecting workout vs part of workout ☑️

We will automatically mark the running activities saved within 15 of each other as “part of a workout” to ensure that your number of runs is accurate. You can always change it by editing a specific activity.

If you have recorded 3 different running activities (e.g. warm-up, tempo, cool-down), then they will be considered as 1 workout to be able to track frequency correctly. This impacts the number of runs and the average length of your run.
