You can define heart rate (HR) zones in Settings to track the average heart rate of your runs. You can either use an automatic HR zone calculation based on max HR or edit the zones manually. In the Activities list you can see HR zones by colour to quickly understand which zone the average heart rate of your activity belongs to.
