How can I delete my account?

We would be very sad to see you go, as our goal is to create the best tool for runners. But good things take time. We are busy adding unique features for runners and improving the user experience.

If you are considering deleting your account, you also have the option of downgrading to KULG Free. This means you can continue using KULG for free and keep access to your account and data without cancelling your plan completely.

However, if you do decide to leave, could you perhaps give us another chance by telling us how we could improve and checking what's on our roadmap?

To delete your KULG account, please go to your app Settings » Account page, scroll down, and select Delete account. Your data will then be deleted from all our systems. If you would like to request a copy of your personal data, please email support@kulg.io.
