We’re beginning to take the manual work out of editing your training data 🤖
As a first step, when you classify a running activity as a Race, Tempo run, or Interval run, we’ll now automatically pre-fill the high intensity kilometers based on the total distance, which will then show up on your intensity graphs. Of course, you can still adjust the high-intensity value if needed, and nothing changes for other run types, where you can continue to set this manually.

We’ve also rolled out the back-end support for training plans 🤫 - the first version of this feature will be visible for you in the next release.
Lastly, we’ve added an error message to guide you when editing your heart rate zones manually.
