We’ve released a new graph - Heart rate zones! This graph shows how much time you’ve spent in each heart rate zone based on the average HR of your running activities. Here’s what you can do:
See the % of time spent in a specific HR zone for any selected time frame - choose a custom or predefined time frame and group your data by days, weeks, months, quarters, or years.
Tap on a zone to view the full breakdown across all HR zones.
The HR zones graph helps you better understand your training intensity balance and optimise your effort distribution over time.
