1. Sign in and connect your data
Sign in with Google or Apple. Connect KULG App to Strava or Garmin to sync your future activities and bring your entire training history directly to KULG App. Connect Oura to bring your recovery data to KULG. You can also add activities manually if needed.
2. Set your heart rate zones
Review and update your HR zones if necessary. You can either specify your maximum heart rate or define custom zones.
3. Explore your data
Once your data is synced, KULG will automatically detect run types and display your training on interactive graphs on your Dashboard. Develop an overview of what you can do with your data in KULG.
4. Edit your account
Define your account settings by uploading a profile image and editing your account details (name, birthday, country, weight, height, etc). This information will help provide more personalised training insights for you.
5. Invite your coach or training partner
Share your training data by inviting your coach or friend to KULG. Before giving someone access, make sure they have already made a KULG account and grant access to the same email they’ve used to create a KULG account.
6. Edit and enrich your data
You can edit all data to make sure it’s accurate or delete activities. Specify your key training metrics if necessary, add your subjective feel (incl feeling, perceived effort, comment), and recovery metrics (sleep, HRV, and resting heart rate) for your runs. Mark whether the activity is a separate workout or part of a workout to track your running frequency correctly.
7. Organise your training
Filter and view your activities or graphs by predefined or custom date range, activity type, or custom tags. Develop a consistent logic for tagging activities and categorising your runs - this allows you to compare similar runs and to track progress better. Specify the high-intensity distance on each run if it isn’t already automatically filled.
8. Discover training insights
Based on your data, KULG checks certain weekly, monthly, or longer-term patterns and provides you with personalised training insights based on these findings. This allows you to see what’s going right in your running, focus on the areas that need attention early on, identify opportunities, or simply get encouragement.
9. Plan and track your training
Create a custom training plan under the Planning section and collaborate with a coach on your training plan. Add target races to your plan, mark workouts as completed, and filter or edit past runs. Set and track the completion of specific weekly and monthly goals by distance, time or intensity.
10. Upload additional history
If you have data in other apps that you’ve used in the past or a separate training log, then we can bring this to KULG. Just send us the file - we’ll upload it to your account and you’ll have all your training history in one place.
If you have any questions or feedback, please send them to us via chat.
