You can tag your activities and filter your graphs and activity list by tags. This helps you dig deeper into your data, compare similar runs, and discover patterns that were previously hidden.

Here’s what you can do with tags:

  • Add tags to activities to compare specific types of runs to each other

  • Find and reuse tags that you’ve already created

  • Filter graphs and your activity list by tags

  • Combine activity type and tag filters together for even more precise insights

How to use tags creatively

Tags are fully flexible. You can create and use them any way you like. They help you quickly find specific activities or track progress for certain conditions, shoes, or locations.

How to add tags:

  • Go to your activity.

  • In the bottom-right corner, you see a field Tags.

  • Add a tag and press Enter.

Examples of useful tags:

  • PB: to mark your personal bests

  • Hilly, hot, trail, grouprun: to describe run conditions

  • Nike Vaporfly, Adidas Boston, etc.: to track shoe performance

The list is endless and tags are unlimited.

Why use tags?

Using tags gives you a clearer picture of how your performance changes under different circumstances.

For example:

  • Tag all your races with marathon to see how your average pace or heart rate has changed across different marathons or years.

  • Add a distance tag like 8 km and combine it with the tempo run activity type to see how your 8 km tempo pace or effort has progressed over time.

  • By using tags consistently, you can uncover trends, monitor improvement, and make smarter training decisions. All based on your real data.

NB! 📍

Tags are available for all activities and can be combined freely. You can add multiple tags per activity and edit or delete them anytime.
