In addition to integrations, you can also import your past training data to KULG by sending us your file. This can be a file exported from a watch app or your own Excel/Google Sheets log. We’ll take care of uploading it to your account. NB! This option is available only after you have subscribed.

This option is useful if you have used different watches over the years - this way you can keep your entire training history in one place. Uploading data from a file will also allow you to correct your data in bulk before bringing it to KULG, e.g. by defining the type of runs and marking high-intensity kilometres (but you can do that later in KULG as well).

Polar: import history to KULG via export

If you have given Strava access to your Polar account, then you can import your training history and sync new activities from Strava to KULG directly by connecting the Strava integration on KULG Settings » Integrations page (even if you have a private Strava account).

  1. If not, go to Polar Flow on desktop and log in with your account

  2. Click Download your data on the menu on the left (under Account details) or scroll down the page

  3. Click Download button on the right to initiate the download request and start the data collection process

  4. You will get an email when your data is ready to be downloaded. It will take some time to collect the data, depending on the amount of it and other data collection traffic. You will have two weeks to download the data, once you get the email.

  5. Send us the file and we’ll get back to you soon
