Where can I see past invoices?

We use the third-party platform Stripe as our billing source of truth for all transactions.

Here are the steps to view and download your past invoices:

1. Go to Billing in the left-hand menu. Here, you can see your current plan.

2. Tap Billing overview. This opens the Stripe billing portal with all your plans and services.

3. Under Invoice History at the bottom, select the invoice you wish to view or download by clicking on it.

Billing menu and Billing overview are available in the web app on desktop and mobile browser, not in the mobile apps, which include the free version of KULG. Under Billing overview, you can also add or change your payment method, use a different payment method for your runner and coach subscriptions, and see all your subscriptions in one place.
