How can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

We use the third-party platform Stripe as our billing source of truth for all transactions.

Here are the steps to upgrade or downgrade your KULG plan:

  1. Go to Billing in the left-hand menu. Here, you can see your current plan.

  2. Click on your plan to open the Stripe billing portal.

  3. Click on the buttion Update subscription. A new page will open where you can select a different plan and choose whether to pay monthly or annually.

  4. Select the new plan and click Continue.

  5. Any changes are handled directly via Stripe, so your payment details and subscription management remain safe and transparent.

  6. If you would like to downgrade to KULG Free, you can do so directly from your Billing page in KULG. Simply click Switch to Free. You will then be redirected to Stripe.
