What kind of graphs can I see in KULG App?

The Dashboard view in KULG App shows your running progress over time. You can see a number of graphs that give you insights about your training and recovery, especially when filtering the data by different time frames or types of activities and comparing results by daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or annually.
When hovering on the tooltip “i” symbol on desktop or tapping on it on mobile you’ll find a short overview of what the graph indicates and tips on how to interpret the trends, along with a link to a relevant support article.
Activity summary shows the total distance and duration of all your different types of running activities, the proportion of hard intensity vs easy running and the proportion of all your sports activities by time (→ read more about how to interpret the Activity summary)
Distance graph indicates the total run distance in km compared to the number of run activities (→ read more about how to interpret the Distance graph)
Pace graph indicates your average pace when running (→ read more about how to interpret the Pace graph)
Heart rate shows your average heart rate compared to the maximum heart rate on runs (→ read more about how to interpret the Heart rate graph)
HR vs speed measures the ratio between your average pace and average heart rate on your runs; the higher the measure, the better the ratio (→ read more about how to interpret the HR vs speed graph)
Duration graph shows the total duration of your runs and the average length of your runs (→ read more about how to interpret the Duration graph)
Intensity chart gives you the amount of high and low intensity running distance (→ read more about how to interpret the Intensity graph)
Feeling graph indicates the average feeling and perceived effort you reported on your runs (→ read more about how to interpret the Feeling graph)
Sleep graph shows you the average sleep quality you reported for the nights before runs (→ read more about how to interpret the Sleep graph)
