How can I cancel my subscription?

We use the third-party platform Stripe as our billing source of truth for all transactions.

Here are the steps to cancel your subscription:

  1. Go to Billing in the left-hand menu. Here, you can see your current plan.

  2. Click on your plan to open the Stripe billing portal.

  3. Then choose Cancel subscription and confirm.

→ You can continue to use KULG until the end of you current billing period.
→ You will not be billed for the next billing period.

Note: If you are considering cancelling your subscription, you also have the option of downgrading to KULG Free. This means you can continue using KULG for free and keep access to your account and data without cancelling your plan completely.
