Staying on track with your training is easy with KULG. You can set, edit, and track your weekly and monthly goals directly in Planning.

Choose whether you want to track by distance, duration, or intensity and let KULG do the rest.

What you can do with goals

  • Plan your distance, duration, or intensity progression week by week or month by month

  • Automatically track your goal completion in KULG

  • View totals for up to 3 months back in time

  • Edit or clear goals anytime to stay flexible

You’ll always know how your current training compares to what you planned, helping you build consistency and avoid overdoing it.

How to set and manage your goals

When you open Manage goals, a new goal-setting view appears.

By default, the Weekly goal tab opens, but you can also:

  • Switch to the Monthly tab

  • Set a goal directly from the monthly pie chart

You can choose which goals you want to track. If you don’t add anything, we’ll simply show weekly completion.

Use the arrows to navigate between weeks or months.

You can edit goals from the same modal anytime or use Clear goal to remove them instantly.

Remember to save your goals before selecting a new time frame.
